Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather and understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop clean, well-structured, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software functionality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality, maintain consistency, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the software development industry.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and suggestions effectively to the technical team and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Support junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Practical experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Proficiency in web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with databases, including SQL syntax and NoSQL systems like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic Agile environment.
- A degree in B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
