Key Responsibilities for External Graduate:
- Write and program enhancements, updates, and changes for parts and subsystems of end-user applications on local, networked, and internet-based platforms, based on specific requirements and guidelines.
- Execute test plans and protocols for assigned code segments; identify, log, and debug issues as needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of and build relationships with internal and outsourced development partners during the design and development of software applications.
- Collaborate as part of a project team, consisting of other software application engineers and development partners, to create reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
Key Responsibilities for External Intern:
- Apprentices are students working at the company while enrolled in apprenticeship programs in partnership with their university.
- Apprenticeship programs are typically found in countries with specialized apprenticeship frameworks.
- College Interns are university students working at the company during their studies or summer breaks between semesters.
- The term “College Intern” is only used in specific countries where there is no differentiation based on the academic year completed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with software application design tools and programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of software application design across multiple platforms.
- Basic knowledge of testing, coding, and debugging techniques.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with mastery in English and the local language.
Preferred Skills:
- Cross-domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with design thinking principles.
- Understanding of development fundamentals and full-stack development.
- Knowledge of release management processes.
- Security-first mindset.
- Awareness of User Experience (UX) principles.
