Information Technology Intern (FTC)
The Information Technology Intern (FTC) will be responsible for providing daily support to IT systems, including business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telecommunication systems within the hotel.
Role Responsibilities: As an Information Technology Intern (FTC), you will assist the IT Department in ensuring the quality and efficiency of IT systems that serve both the hotel and its guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering daily support to internal hotel IT systems and users, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Documenting and reporting all IT-related issues to the IT Manager for further action.
- Suggesting potential system enhancements to the IT Manager.
- Collaborating with the hotel’s Business Center Team to address any guest-related IT needs.
Candidate Requirements: Successful candidates for the Information Technology Intern (FTC) position, particularly those serving Hilton brands, should exhibit the following qualities:
- Prior IT experience, ideally in the hospitality, leisure, or service industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems.
- Familiarity with hotel management software, such as Fidelio and Micros, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and skills in the field of IT.
