HCLTech is currently seeking fresh graduates from 2022 and 2023 batches for their exciting job openings. The position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, at the Sholinganallur location, offering full-time employment. Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills to handle international clients effectively. They are expected to adhere to timelines and maintain accuracy while reporting daily performance. Keeping performance logs and reporting KPIs/SLAs within agreed timelines is an essential part of the role. The job requires handling various activities related to O2C (Order to Cash), such as invoice management, order management, collections, dispute resolution, and managing customer calls and emails at the O2C Helpdesk. Exposure to Helpdesk metrics and SAP (including invoicing, contracts, and workflows) is preferable. As part of the Customer Service/Contact Center/Concierge COE team, the selected candidates will be responsible for attending customer calls, emails, and chats, responding to customer requests, checking product availability, order status, and account information, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to metrics and performance logs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are required.
- Graduation is compulsory without any standing arrears. Diplomas are not eligible.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including night and rotational shifts, is essential.
- The work location is Sholinganallur ELCOT, Chennai.
- The interview process will involve HR screening, Versant Test, and Operations Interview. Candidates must bring wired headphones for the Versant Test.
