- Manage customer disputes and inquiries related to credit card transactions for both third-party credit cards and private label cards.
- Ensure compliance with Sales Audit/Bankcard policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and service standards consistently.
- Analyze and investigate all discrepancies and exceptions in the processing.
- Collaborate with the global team to address processing backlogs promptly and resolve issues affecting bankcard processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on chargebacks and associated costs.
- Address store inquiries, including chargebacks and disputes, and resolve escalated issues.
- Guarantee the accurate and complete accounting activity for bankcards at various banners.
- Safeguard company assets by adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations related to bankcard administration and processing.
The successful candidate must be a proactive self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature, capable of working and leading in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders across the business and providing critical input to business teams. The individual should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Financial aptitude with 0-3 years of work experience in Accounting within MNCs/GICs, with a preference for experience in the Retail industry.
- Experience in Oracle ERP (Oracle Fusion Preferred) and back card processing systems (TD, Amex, Chase, Paypal, etc.).
- Medium to strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing financial processes and technology.
- Working experience in card processing, including involvement with chargeback processing and analytics, card processing administration.
- Basic knowledge of banking principles and Cards-related business, revenue generation areas, etc., is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (Full-time)
