Job Description
Who are we searching for?
We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to collaborate with our System team members on ensuring end-to-end quality assurance for our devices. The role involves executing existing development plans and gaining exposure to our team’s development and QA processes, as well as debugging tools. As a team member, you will have daily interactions with developers and QA engineers from various teams during the development processes. This is initially a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire based on business needs and performance.

Location
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days of work per week at our office in Bangalore.
Requirements for Success
- Btech/BE in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science (2023 passouts only) with no backlogs
- Minimum 70% score upon course completion
- Knowledge of layer 3 networking protocols
- Dedication to troubleshooting and simulating problems, as well as reproducing bugs
- Linux Knowledge, Debian (advantageous: packaging knowledge, familiarity with SW build procedures, compilations)
- Scripting skills in tools/languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, CPP, etc. (advantageous)
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different groups
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
