Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
For Trainee Associate Executive Implementation:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT preferable, EEE, EIE, ECE) / MCA / MBA / BSC (CS)
- Good communication and Customer Service Skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
- Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
- Candidate – Hindi speaking is mandatory.
For Trainee Inside Sales:
- UG or PG Freshers with a passion for software B2B sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage.
For Trainee Associate Executive Implementation:
- We are implementing various HRMS modules at various client locations across the globe along with the support of a Senior Implementer.
- Working along with Functional consultants in understanding the client requirements and helping in the preparation of gap document
- Understanding the client requirements and configuring the software to address these requirements.
- Uploading Client data into the software from existing software or Excel files
- Interfacing with the client for the entire project duration from kick-off to closure.
- Updating and reporting on the status of various installation projects being handled.
- Help in End-user Training, UAT & Post Implementation Support.
- Operational knowledge of SQL and web applications will be an added advantage
For Trainee Inside Sales:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Should have proven experience in generating leads through LinkedIn sales navigator.
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales managers.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Report to the sales manager with daily and monthly results.
