Key Responsibilities:
Drive business planning and forecasting for revenues and expenses.
Report performance metrics to divisional leadership.
Manage and control the division’s expense base.
Liaise with business unit CFOs, regional finance teams, and other stakeholders.
Conduct efficiency, resourcing, and headcount analysis.
Perform margin analysis at both industry and regional levels.
Conduct client profitability and competitor analysis.
Track and analyze global market share across various segments, including merger, equity, high yield, and investment grade.
Report and analyze expenses and spending by region and division to drive expense recoverability and cost savings.
Work on client revenue metrics, focusing on top clients of the division and the frequency of revenue generation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong quantitative and technical abilities.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Basic knowledge of Investment Banking products, including M&A and financing products.
