Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business planning and forecasting processes, including revenues and expenses.
- Report performance metrics to divisional leadership for informed decision-making.
- Manage and control the division’s expense base to ensure financial discipline.
- Collaborate with business unit CFOs, regional finance teams, and other stakeholders for effective financial management.
- Conduct efficiency, resourcing, and headcount analyses to optimize operations.
- Perform margin analysis at both industry and regional levels to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze client profitability and conduct competitor analysis to enhance business strategies.
- Track and analyze global and segment-specific market share across mergers, equity, high yield, and investment-grade sectors.
- Report and analyze expenses and spending by region/division to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve expense recoverability.
- Work on client revenue metrics, including identifying top clients, tracking revenue generation frequency, and driving revenue growth initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quantitative and technical analysis.
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Basic understanding of Investment Banking (IB) products, including M&A and financing products.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong orientation toward providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines with dedication and efficiency.
