  • A graduate degree in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming emails and chat messages from partners, ensuring adherence to project productivity and quality standards.
  • Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to partner inquiries/issues via email and chat.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or individuals and ensure timely resolution for the partner.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and various internal teams, facilitating the resolution of inquiries/issues.
  • Analyze and review content, which may include sensitive material, while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects, reaching out to partners via email and reviewing substantial data/information.
  • Share partner feedback with relevant teams or individuals through appropriate channels.
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing opportunities to enhance processes and tools to improve internal efficiency and partner experience.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics related to various tasks.
