Job Description & Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective test plans and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices for test automation, including framework design, code reviews, and continuous integration.
  • Mentor team members on automation techniques and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Analyze test results and provide insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in software quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and automation to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of quality release.

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating all requests from clients.
  • Experienced working in an Agile setup – preferably Safe Agile methodology
  • Ready to do a hands-on role.
  • Strong communication skills

Skills Set:-

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in QA, Java, Selenium, Cypress, and/or Playwright are highly desirable.
