Job Description

Inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee, Virtualization. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VMware/XenApp/XenDesktop/VDI environments and Netscaler.

You will be expected to have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting various Citrix systems such as Storefront, Provisioning Services, Director, Studio, Citrix Universal Printing Server, Profile Management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate new and existing VMware and Citrix platforms.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and domain specialists to drive Problem Management, focusing on root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (RCCA).

• Lead weekly reviews with SMEs from different domains for complex IT implementations across multiple areas, including applications and products.

• Maintain relationships and resolve disputes, if any, among internal partners.

• Implement industry-standard methodologies to ensure operational stability.

• Drive service improvement projects in collaboration with internal and partner teams.

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications we are looking for:

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of team building practices, principles, and issues.

Preferred qualifications

• Certification in Microsoft and Citrix platforms.

• Knowledge in Exchange and System Center areas would be advantageous.

• Relevant experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VMware/XenApp/XenDesktop/VDI environments and Netscaler.
