Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Management Trainee, Order to Cash.

We are seeking an individual who possesses a deep understanding of the entire order to cash process, including various invoice types such as manual, consolidated, and automated.

As a Management Trainee, you will be expected to perform under strict deadlines in a high-pressure business environment while also demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.

Having knowledge of SAP and experience in generating reports from the system would be considered an advantage.

Applicants should be willing to work in any shift according to the business requirements.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be accountable for all activities related to the O2C domain:

  • Validate purchase order (PO) requests for billing purposes.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, providing support and gathering feedback as needed. Willingness to support various locations based on client expectations.
  • Manage order to cash processes, including collections and dispute management, and implement and enforce strategies accordingly.
  • Interact with end customers via calls and emails to collect overdue amounts.
  • Meet collections targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain customer and country/regional FD relationships through communication channels such as email, fax, and conference calls.
  • Lead and participate in conference calls with country/regional financial managers.
  • Engage in governance meetings at the country/region level and collaborate closely with team members to meet deliverables, motivate them, and help develop process standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of Lean and Six Sigma projects.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (MBA in Finance preferred).
  • Relevant experience in Order to Cash.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
