Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hedge fund clients to understand their business requirements and address operational challenges.
Design and implement solutions to enhance hedge fund operations, addressing both functional and technical aspects.
Provide expertise in financial instruments, trade lifecycle processes, and regulatory compliance related to hedge fund operations.
Assist the technical and automation teams in automating testing processes for improved efficiency.
Apply basic accounting concepts to support operational and financial analysis.
Conduct product testing, collect user feedback, and implement improvements to refine the product roadmap.
Utilize intermediate MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, Power Pivot, formulas, and graphs, to analyze and present data effectively.
Review assigned tasks, share outputs with checkers or reviewers, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Propose and contribute innovative ideas for process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in hedge fund operations with a strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycles, and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms commonly used in hedge fund operations.
Preferred skills:
Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or technical certifications are considered a valuable asset.
