Key Responsibilities:
- Possess the ability to comprehend current business requirements and the associated technology.
- Capable of generating high-quality test cases through a thorough review of business requirements and use cases.
- Demonstrated relevant years of experience in the field.
- Able to lead a small team effectively.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in debugging existing products and solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in communication.
- Possesses knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with cloud and web application technologies.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of relational databases, such as Postgres or Oracle.
- Familiarity with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
