Genpact is hiring for the position of Consultant – PowerBI, Qlik and SQL in Noida, India. Candidates with Graduate/ Post Graduate are eligible to apply for this position. The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, perform data merges, and create datasets for use by all team members.
• Import and transform data for Business Intelligence purposes.
• Perform data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing, and analysis of complex and large-scale datasets for visualization or client consumption.
• Demonstrate expertise in data migration across various BI platforms.
• Utilize tools like Alteryx or Trifacta for data preparation and transformation.
• Support regular monthly and quarterly reporting, including the creation of new reports as needed.
• Design and develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI.
• Proficiently write SQL and QVD queries, including stored procedures, for data retrieval and management.
• Apply visualization best practices for efficient front-end development.
• Develop and execute database queries and perform data analysis.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA knowledge is an added advantage.
• Maintain and enhance existing Excel-based models for client requirements.
• Possess hands-on experience with programming languages like R or Python (preferred but not mandatory).
• Communicate effectively with client teams and internal stakeholders to understand and discuss requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in B.Tech, MBA, or MCA.
• Relevant work experience in the required domain.

• Flexible, dedicated, and solution-oriented approach, especially during periods of change and disruption.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and communication.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
