Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for the position of BA, Warranty Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Review and make decisions regarding the payment or denial of claims received.

• Supervise and ensure efficient warranty support for both pre- and post-contractual warranty administration and management, including managing terms and conditions of contracts and handling claims.

• Monitor and manage aging claims, regularly following up with end customers/clients to ensure prompt resolution.

• Identify the root cause of part failures and determine appropriate credit payments. • Possess a solid understanding of service bulletins.

• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, including turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy.

• Assist the IT team in enhancing the warranty portal.

• Foster positive customer relationships through conducting periodic reviews.

• Prepare weekly and quarterly reports on open/closed warranty claims, providing an overview of claim activities and identifying areas for process improvement to minimize delays.

• Conduct quality audits for the team.

• Take ownership of new initiatives and contribute to data analytics.

Qualifications we are looking for:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong decision-making skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in the aviation industry.

• Strong analytical mindset, reasoning skills, and proactive work approach.

• Ability to work effectively within larger teams and under pressure.
