Key Responsibilities:
Develop scientific data analytics approaches to enhance quality and customer satisfaction, including process and tool evolution.
Manage quality and customer data efficiently to support business objectives.
Enhance quality assurance through support and improvement of quality processes.
Implement change management and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with evolving business needs.
Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and tools using a lean mindset, addressing performance gaps and adapting to product and service evolution.
Provide technical guidance and support to business lines for quality process development.
Support AI-based quality applications with a focus on data collection and management.
Collaborate within and outside the organization to identify and adopt best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
A Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Data Analytics and/or a related field.
Experience in data management and analytics, preferably within quality management in projects, manufacturing, or engineering.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with data analytics and digital quality.
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
