Job Description:

Key Responsibilities for Developer (C SQL UNIX):

• Work with the following technologies: C, Unix/Linux systems, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Develop, test, and maintain applications using C programming and Pro*C.
• Deploy and optimize software solutions on Unix/Linux systems.
• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for effective database management.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Experience with Member, Managed Care, Provider, Financial, and Claims domains is a plus.

Key Responsibilities for SQL Analyst:

• Develop code for projects spanning multiple product lines or a significant phase of major projects.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and business objectives.
• Possess strong database query knowledge, with the ability to reconstruct and optimize SQL or columnar queries as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Offer complex technical consultation to other organizations, interacting with senior customer personnel and internal senior management.
• Participate in product design meetings with management, other developers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure product development aligns with client specifications and maintains consistency across various units.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in technical product configuration, design, and/or integration.
• Experience working with technical products, vendors, and various technology families.
• Experience in product configurations and customization.
• Proficiency with relevant software packages or classes of packages within the area of technical expertise.

Preferred skills:

• Strong technical design skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, support personnel, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between them quickly.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
