Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate mapping documents following the established mapping process.
Collaborate with ETL, reporting, and conversion teams to deliver initial draft solutions by prioritizing critical mapping details while deferring non-essential ones.
Provide support to ETL, reporting, and conversion developers by leveraging mapping documents to facilitate smooth development processes.
Work closely with the configuration team and database administrators (DBAs) to ensure alignment and synchronization between configuration settings, interfaces, and mappings.
Conduct research and requirements analysis to create and design mapping documents.
Present findings and recommendations to team members, clients, and vendors for feedback and alignment.
Identify best practices and propose suggestions to enhance and streamline current mapping processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
Proficient healthcare or business knowledge in one or more of the following areas: member services, eligibility, Third Party Liability (TPL), claims processing, provider management, and pharmacy claims.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, and manage data effectively.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
Hands-on experience with data mapping, ensuring accurate transformation and integration of data.
Experience in one or more functional areas such as data conversion, interface development, or reporting.
Familiarity with QXNT is preferred but not mandatory.
