Job Description

Key Delivery Objectives

  1. Develop expertise in Forbes Advisor WordPress quickly.Develop a strong understanding of our customized WordPress system to the point where you can efficiently handle formatting tasks across various product types and page templates. While you’ll have a set of dedicated channels to focus on, you should also be prepared to assist with other channels when necessary. Additionally, provide support to team members facing publishing challenges.
  2. Independently publish various types of content quickly and with high quality.Demonstrate the ability to publish content rapidly with minimal errors. Attention to detail is crucial, as it is a fundamental value upheld by our team. You will be responsible for meeting daily content production quotas and collaborating closely with colleagues from different areas.
  3. Report CMS issues and problems to team management.Identify and report any CMS-related issues you encounter to team management. These issues will be logged with our technology teams for resolution.
  4. Offer publishing support to fellow team members.Extend assistance and guidance to team members encountering CMS-related challenges. Your expertise in the system should develop over time.

Skills and Experience

Our team, currently consisting of 25 members, is expanding, and we require individuals who can work in an agile manner, managing multiple priorities across various product categories simultaneously. Enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn are essential. While prior CMS experience is desirable, it is not mandatory. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn how to use our CMS effectively and contribute to the team’s common objectives.

Attention to detail is critical in creating error-free pages. Although development skills are not mandatory, having awareness of technologies like HTML, CSS, and Javascript can be advantageous. While SEO knowledge is not a strict requirement, a basic understanding of its fundamentals and importance for a website’s success is appreciated.

Effective communication skills are essential, and you should feel confident asking questions when needed and seeking support when necessary.
