Key Responsibilities:
Translate solution designs into detailed requirements (user stories) with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring quality, consistency, usability, and alignment with overall design principles.
Regularly discuss and align with technical and QA teams.
Support technical and QA teams according to the agreed roadmap and priorities to meet project timelines.
Validate enhancements and resolved defects for functional accuracy and data integrity.
Review and support defect resolution through ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets.
Collaborate closely with the QA team based on defined validation criteria to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Assist with internal and external User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for R&DA.
Work collaboratively with senior Business Analysts.
Review and learn from solutions developed by other product line teams to ensure consistency and usability across projects.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
Strong communication skills with the ability to switch between functional and technical discussions.
Basic understanding of EY’s financial business rules, key performance indicators (KPIs), and core source systems (e.g., engagement and opportunity life cycles, including pricing, budgeting, ETC, account planning, and new business development).
Some experience in documenting requirements.
Ability to conduct data analysis and root cause investigation.
Interest in technical solutions and data analysis, with preferable knowledge of SQL, Power BI, dimensional models, and cubes.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused orientation.
Detail-oriented with an analytical, structured approach, and a strong focus on quality and consistency.
Proficiency in English.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a finance or technical department.
Relevant business experience within EY is beneficial.
High motivation to learn from experienced colleagues.
