Job Description
Ericsson is currently seeking candidates for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality results in accordance with project or service scope.
- Execute scope-based deliveries and contribute to process automation.
- Propose solutions for technical problems within the domain.
- Contribute innovative ideas and foster creative thinking within the team.
- Identify, prepare, and implement basic automation solutions to reduce repetitive and mundane tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/IT.
- Achieve a minimum of 65% marks in both 10th and 12th grades, with a GPA of 6.5 or above in B.E/B.Tech.
- Understanding of Wireless/Mobile Technologies such as 2G/3G/4G/5G.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages like Python.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of MS Office Tools.
- Strong presentation skills (both oral and written) and willingness to work in different time zones, including night shifts.
