Job Description
Ericsson is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Automation Analyst position.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis and document both business and technical prerequisites for payroll automation.
- Efficiently coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring cohesive collaboration across various teams.
- Develop and assess scripts to verify data integrity and assess the efficacy of automation processes.
- Offer Tier 2/3 support to address issues related to the flow of payroll data.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills across all levels and with stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Familiarity with EDI, PGP encryption, SFTP, VBA, and SQL.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end automation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.
- Preferred experience with HRMS & SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in knowledge base platforms and multi-channel communication.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
