Role Overview:

As a software developer, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and debugging with the assistance of AI tools like Google Gemini Code Assist and GitHub Copilot. You should be adaptable to diverse technologies and ready to address challenging business requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to address various use cases and efficiently process large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance Java-based applications with low latency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and automate Java/Spring Boot code using AI/ML technologies.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business teams to build new features and resolve issues.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing projects and workflows.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Analyze client requirements to establish business objectives.
• Design system functionalities and envision application features.
• Align application design with business goals.
• Develop, test, and deploy software solutions.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Computer Applications (MCA), or a related field with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and data structures.
• Proficient in programming and debugging.
• Solid knowledge of concurrency, parallel programming, SQL, NoSQL, Java, and OOP collections.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, cloud services, DevOps tools, and AI-driven development tools (e.g., Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot) is a plus.
