Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software developers to thoroughly test and release new features and bug fixes.
Create and track work items in the DevOps board, ensuring they include clear reproduction steps and acceptance criteria.
Provide technical support and educate global users on all aspects of the application, addressing any queries they may have.

Preferred skills:
Degree in any STEM-related course.
Experience in an FCV team with working knowledge of FF2/PQT and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business concepts, practices, and procedures.
Excellent time management and project management skills.
High learning agility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across regions and functions within Fisher.
Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills.
Basic SQL knowledge (preferred but not required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
