Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field with at least 4 years of experience in analytics and exposure to multiple analytics or finance functions. Alternatively, a Master’s degree (or MBA) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with database query tools such as Teradata SQL or SparkSQL, and familiarity with data warehouse architecture.
  • Experience working with tools like Hadoop, Hive, Python, R, R Shiny, or Tableau, preferably in web analytics or within industries such as consulting, financial services, or marketing.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience serving as a direct business partner to mid- or senior-level executives, demonstrating strong quantitative and qualitative analytical contributions.
  • Leadership experience in projects addressing business challenges and driving improvements in financial and operational performance.
  • Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning techniques for real-world problem-solving is an added advantage.
