- Address day-to-day reactive issues through customer email and chat channels, with the possibility of outreach via phone.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and actively contribute to initiatives aimed at improving team performance and processes.
- Meet or exceed specified targets for turnaround time and delivery quality, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Adhere to defined processes and SLAs, specifically the outlook issue process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sellers and account managers, addressing concerns related to defect review/removal, eMBG case review/auctioning, technical issues, product issues, and standards/policy-related matters impacting sales growth.
- Resolve eBay-specific impediments to growth and sales for merchants, including defect reviews/removal, eMBG case review/action, technical issues, and adherence to standards and policies.
- Coach merchants to proactively address issues and policies, fostering a proactive approach to avoid potential problems, and encourage the adoption of eBay tools and standard processes.
- Interact with internal partners, advisors, policy makers, and technical teams to facilitate speedy issue resolution.
- Establish trust between eBay and customers while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Share timely findings and insights with Account Managers and key stakeholders.
- Communicate learned experiences with the team during daily huddles, focusing on exciting or unique issues and queries.
- Demonstrate empathy toward customer concerns and take ownership of resolution through to completion.
- Utilize negotiation and influence skills when necessary to advocate on behalf of eBay and/or the customer.
- Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.

- Exhibit strong probing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in multi-tasking, with the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes.
- Possess expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly PPT and Excel.
- Understanding of data interpretation and quality insights is an added advantage for success in this role.
- Capability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate seamlessly with others.
- Demonstrated excellent time management, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
