Job Description:-
Addressing System Issues: Offer resolution to system function problems that have been escalated through the problem ticket process. Provide accurate diagnostic information and explore alternative solutions.
Coordinating Technical Activities: Manage complex install, move, add, and change (ICMS) tasks, especially those involving integrated equipment and systems.
Technical Expertise: Offer expert technical guidance and contribute to the development of innovative service offerings and technologies. Collaborate with desktop engineering teams to establish standard operating environments (SOE) for client accounts. Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of client requirements.
Training and Recommendations: Provide training and guidance to clients to mitigate recurring errors. Make recommendations for enhancements and improvements where necessary.
