Job Description

DHL Off Campus Hiring for Associate – Finance (IC) Role

In this position, you’ll have the chance to provide exceptional service in the Finance – Intercompany (IC) Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries worldwide. The role entails training in managing various activities such as invoice issuing, receiving, posting, and accounts matching processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and execute tasks according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure departmental SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet agreed delivery guidelines.
• Maintain high service quality by completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and enhance service to our business partners.
• Promptly report operational challenges to supervisors and business partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow as defined for the service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or management preferred; Undergraduate degree required for GSC MNL & BOG.
• 0-3 years of experience in BPO or logistics domain preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish & Mandarin language skills required for BOG & CTU.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs).
• Detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
