Job Description
Position Summary: ITS Canada is offering an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join their Information Technology Services Group. This team focuses on developing and maintaining technology solutions that enable the delivery of Function, Marketplace Services, and Management Information Systems.
Work you will do:
As an Analyst, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using various technologies such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, ERP, SAP HANA, Big Data, and Analytics. You will support a team that delivers high-quality solutions to customers through a streamlined system development methodology and IT infrastructure systems. The role will align you with one of the following positions:
- Development Analyst: In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications for ITS Canada’s enterprise, utilizing technologies like C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, ServiceNow, and others. You will collaborate with senior analysts, architects, delivery managers, and business analysts to understand business requirements and recommend technological solutions.
- Business Solution Analyst – BA/QA: As the BSA, you will gather and document functional and non-functional requirements by engaging with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will execute test cases related to various solutions, acting as the bridge between customers and the delivery team.
- Systems Analyst: In this position, you will maintain applications and support IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and End User Support for ITS Canada. Your responsibilities will include deploying, maintaining, and supporting applications and technologies such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, ERP, SCOM, SCCM, and more.
The Team:
ITS Canada serves as the IT department for Canada CIO, managing a portfolio of business applications and technology infrastructure that supports Deloitte Canada member firms’ processes.
Qualification and Experience:
Candidates must hold a B.E/B.Tech/ M.C.A. degree with a minimum of 60% or 6.5 GPA throughout without any backlogs.
Excellent analytical and communication skills are required, along with the ability to chart one’s career, build networks within the organization, work independently and collaboratively, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Practical problem-solving abilities and customer-focused collaboration are essential for success in this role.
Location: Hyderabad.
