Key Responsibilities:
Deloitte is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Recruiter to support IT hiring efforts. This is a 6-month internship with the potential for a full-time offer based on performance.
The role includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Update and maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
