Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements, perform due diligence and research, and provide recommendations for designing cybersecurity-focused analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement cloud-based or on-premises analytics solutions, presenting them to senior management and clients.
- Develop API scripts to automate data extraction from cybersecurity and contextual data sources.
- Create ETL scripts and design persona-based dashboards and reports for end-user consumption.
- Apply data management and analytics best practices to assist clients in monitoring and mitigating cybersecurity risks, while enhancing their cybersecurity posture.
- Coordinate with clients and engagement teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Operate analytics solutions, ensuring periodic data refreshes and consistent functionality.
- Support project management activities and contribute to the training and mentoring of junior team members.
- Participate in practice development initiatives, including proposals, innovation, and building organizational eminence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in building data analytics solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, as well as on-premises technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and environments.
- Proficiency in programming with a focus on data management and analytics.
- Developer skills with expertise in scripting languages like Python.
- Knowledge of cloud data migration processes, including the ability to design alternatives for data ingestion from various sources into different databases.
- Hands-on experience with one or more cloud-based data management or analytics tools, such as Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, Data Lake, or Databricks.
- Experience in handling and integrating large datasets, along with programming skills in tools like SQL and SAS.
- Conceptual understanding of Data Warehousing, OLAP, Data Marts, and Data Lakes.
- Knowledge of data management concepts, including data quality, data lineage, and data governance.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and generating reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Quicksight.
- Experience in data transformation using ETL tools such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Ab Initio is a plus.
- Certifications in analytics domains, such as developer, architect, or specialist for AWS, Azure, or GCP, are advantageous.
- Prior experience working with cybersecurity datasets is a plus.
