Position Overview:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for maximizing the value of the Workday solution.
This role involves using expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions aligned with Deloitte’s mission, core values, and culture.
Required Qualifications:
Support and lead various aspects of Finance configurations, implementations, modifications, and enhancements within Workday.
Support and lead continued set-up of business processes, workflows, security roles, and user roles.
Analyze data or facts and present findings in a compelling way.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal results.
Document changes and updates within Workday for effective change management and training needs.
Provide thought leadership on potential enhancements and methodologies to improve the overall experience.
Partner with HR and TECH to ensure cohesive work streams and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
