Associate Analysts at Deloitte are anticipated to cultivate robust technical skills in the system or technology domain they are assigned to. As part of the project onboarding process, comprehensive training and awareness programs are offered to enhance proficiency in the role. This encompasses the development of technical and behavioral competencies aligned with predefined proficiency levels (according to the Expectation Framework), comprehension of organization-specific tools and methodologies, and targeted capacity-building in communication excellence adhering to Deloitte standards.
Qualifications Required Educational Eligibility Expected graduation year: 2024
Minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above
Eligible Degrees and Specializations Bachelor of Science (BSc) Any combination with a focus on Computer Science or IT Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
