Job Duties & responsibilities
Account services team is responsible for managing several types of corporate customer onboarding and static data maintenances in several systems.
- End to end deliverable management including letters/ returns
- Ensure tracker is updated and reviewed on weekly basis
- Should poses good problem solving skill
- Should have decent knowledge about deliverables handling like cheque books, cards etc
- Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertain to processes and accounts.
