Key Responsibilities:
- From the time an invoice is received until it is paid, assist the accounts payable team by helping to code the invoices, match them to purchase orders, get approval, and input the invoices into the accounting system.
- Process employee expense reports, checking receipts and categorising as necessary.
- Make sure that all policies and practises relating to accounts payable, such as those governing travel and related expenses, vendor approval, and invoice processing, are followed.
- Investigates and fixes issues with purchase orders and invoicing processing.
- Help the team by retrieving documents and obtaining support for any audits.
- Deliver the information and papers needed for management reports and audits.
- Help the GL team get JE ready for month-end accruals.
- By offering creative suggestions, improve the procedure.
- Ad hoc tasks as needed by the business.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree related to accounting/finance.
- Preferably B Com/ M Com/Inter CA/ Inter CMA.
Preferred skills:
- Should have 0–2 years of accounts department experience.
- Good English communication both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- An extra advantage is having knowledge of ERP or accounting software.
- Ready to work in EMEA Shift.
