Job Responsibilities and Professional Expertise :-

• Produce ad hoc reports, trending data, and respond to client inquiries.
• Provide consultation to business leaders on reporting needs, trend analysis and report improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate the implementation of reporting processes.
• Develop new reports/graphs and additions/deletions from existing reports.
• Utilize new data sources for report development.
• Communicate with project managers to understand client report needs.
• Produce and verify daily electronic reports using reporting tools.
• Distribute reports to internal and external clients via e-mail and electronic feeds.
• Maintain Daily, weekly and Monthly reports.
• Develop trending reports as requested.

Eligibility Criteria:- 

• Strong process and mathematical orientation.
• Experience of data management and WFM Reporting.
• Analytical and good understanding of Contact Centre metrics.
• Strong Communicator and decision maker.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
• Strong in MS Excel, Power point and Reporting tools.

Required Technical and Preferred Skills Set:-

• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Skilled to ensure effective coordination with internal management.
• Ability to make decision in time sensitive ambiguous situations.
• Able to work in a changing environment.
• Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.
