- Oversee community-specific performance management operational processes.
- Monitor the Rewards and Recognition process, collaborate with operations team for necessary adjustments.
- Encourage leads and managers to appropriately and timely recognize associates.
- Update the resume in HCM and ensure that the skill profile in MyCareerApp is current.
- Mentor teams to promptly update their skill profiles and bring new skills and proficiencies to the attention of their respective managers.
