Job Description
Cognizant Off campus Hiring for 2022 & 2023 Batch – Graduate Trainee
Location
Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata. The candidate must be open to relocating to any of these locations based on business requirements and demand.
Eligibility
- 2022 & 2023 graduates from any 3-year full-time undergraduate program.
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, or UG.
- Open to Indian nationals only.
- Flexibility regarding work locations, shift timings, and technology is required.
- Final onboarding is subject to satisfactory background verification.
- Ensure your PAN card has both first name and last name updated. If not, get it updated before proceeding with the application registration. Background verification will not be successful if the PAN card name and the superset registered name do not match.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing IT-related issues and inquiries.
- Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.
Role Expectations
- Must be client-focused and able to work with users from diverse communities and cultures worldwide.
- Exhibit flawless communication skills (both verbal and written) with clients and possess sound technical knowledge.
- Willingness to work in shifts and from the office.
