Job Description

Qualification: Graduation

  • Possess a clear understanding of role and competency proficiency expectations for oneself.

  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members, helping them understand project expectations and deliver defined tasks.

Efficient Operations:

  • Ensure that skill profiles and resumes are kept up to date.
  • Manage a balanced roster of interview panelists from the team and respect individual constraints.
  • Create a knowledge base for providing engagement-related induction to new engineering community members.
  • Provide support to assist new community members in settling into their roles, including logistical assistance if needed.
  • Take responsibility for transparent and fair resolution of conflicts during the performance management process.
  • Oversee community-specific performance management operational processes.
  • Monitor the Rewards and Recognition process, collaborate with operations team for necessary adjustments.
  • Encourage leads and managers to appropriately and timely recognize associates.
  • Update the resume in HCM and ensure that the skill profile in MyCareerApp is current.
  • Mentor teams to promptly update their skill profiles and bring new skills and proficiencies to the attention of their respective managers.
  • Undergo talent profiling to benchmark associates within the Community.

KRA 5:

Promoting Engineering Mindshare:

  • Identify potential ideas for converting into reusable assets.
  • Contribute to the creation of reusable assets.
  • Collaborate on white papers and experience papers under guidance.
  • Contribute to case studies under guidance.
