Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks by inputting information from source documents into the Clinical/Safety database, ensuring adherence to turnaround times and accuracy standards.
- Handle critical and sensitive transactions efficiently as part of routine responsibilities.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the designated field.
- Execute various Data Management Activities, including data cleaning, manual and system checks, tracker updates, discrepancy and query management, issue resolution, and database lock activities.
- Actively participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and devise action plans, in collaboration with the Team Lead, for activities not meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Archive essential information for audit purposes, following quality and security requirements, to facilitate reliable and timely retrieval of documentation.
- Provide support for multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas, ensuring successful completion and offering technical oversight when necessary.
- Tackle complex problems (procedures/processes) and, in rare cases, refer them to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Manage the first level processing of transactions.
- Adhere to quality requirements and achieve specified targets/volumes within the given Turnaround Time (TAT).

- Diligently manage personal utilization and submit timesheets promptly.
- Facilitate personal and new hire assimilation processes.
- Maintain regular attendance as per organizational guidelines.

- Compile and analyze team performance metrics.
- Proficient in spoken English.
