Key Responsibilities:
Perform minimal customer interaction with guidance.
Understand domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies, including SOP and QC checklists.
Conduct data entry from source documents into Clinical/Safety databases, ensuring adherence to turnaround times and accuracy.
Handle more critical and sensitive transactions, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
Execute Data Management Activities, including data cleaning, manual and system checks, updating relevant trackers, managing discrepancies and queries, and performing database lock activities.
Actively participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives.
Identify and develop action plans, in coordination with the Team Lead, for activities not meeting client SLAs.
Archive necessary information for audit purposes, following quality and security requirements to ensure reliable and timely retrieval of documentation and information.
Provide technical oversight when required to support multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas, ensuring successful conclusions.
