Key Responsibilities:

Business/Customer:

  • Perform SOP activities with an understanding of the business impact on the customer environment, and contribute to improving SOPs.
  • Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements.
  • Implement approved change requests in line with the customer change management process.
  • Manage the incident life cycle following ITIL/BIC framework as applicable.
  • Maintain adherence to customer communication etiquette.
  • Ensure stated productivity requirements are met for the engagement.

Project/Process:

  • Review CSAT feedback and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Participate in the Critsit process to resolve incidents promptly.
  • Log and triage incidents.
  • Coordinate with resolver groups, vendors, and carriers.
  • Troubleshoot escalated incidents/problems and refer/escalate (both functionally and hierarchically) to the appropriate groups (vendors/Level 3).
  • Provide inputs to the FAQ database/KR and contribute towards updating knowledge articles.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI).
  • Develop induction documents in consultation with relevant stakeholders for the project and ensure successful completion of the induction process for new joiners.
  • Ensure effective floor management.

Team/People:

  • Continually assess skill levels and provide intervention assistance.
  • Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Encourage team members to participate in organizational innovation programs.
  • Act as a buddy for new hires.
  • Make recommendations on R&R for team/individual achievements.
  • Make recommendations to the team lead on team performance ratings.

Organization:

  • Ensure the team contributes and participates in all organizational technology events and knowledge sharing forums.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and processes (including Cognizant’s security policies and LP timelines).
  • Participate in recruitment drives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s in Science/ Commerce/ Engineering or equivalent

Must Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Change Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience in Desktop Support (Remote).
  • Expertise in Incident Management.
  • Knowledge of End User Tools, specifically Nexthink.
  • Competence in Service Desk operations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Solid networking skills.
