Qualification:

Responsibility:
Product Requirements:
- Gather and understand functional/non-functional requirements from stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to review requirements and resolve ambiguities
- Conduct feasibility study to understand impact on existing product
- Provide inputs on estimations
- Create low-level design document
- Seek review inputs from Architect and incorporate them
Product Design and Development:
- Provide strategic technical direction for product research, design, analysis, testing, process improvement, and troubleshooting
- Establish design standards and deliver solutions meeting requirements
- Provide technical expertise to resolve programming and design problems
- Participate in architecture/code reviews and eliminate implementation problems
- Create/review low-level design document for product enhancement
- Provide technical guidance to team to resolve complex technical issues
- Create requirement traceability matrix and review test cases, coding standards, testing defects
- Identify ways to reduce defects
- Support client in user acceptance testing
Product Testing:
- Review test cases/test plan
- Conduct integration testing and resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, alpha release, beta release, post-release patches
Product Training and Documentation:
- Provide inputs and review documentation of key features
Product Sign Offs:
- Resolve existing issues
- Gather user feedback and identify ways to enhance usability
Project Management:
- Provide inputs on status of module development to development lead
People Management:
- Mentor Software Engineers and conduct one-on-one sessions to coach team members
- Set goals and monitor performance
- Conduct performance appraisal
Must-Have Skills:
