Job Description:-

  • Addressing Client Inquiries: Respond promptly to client requests through various channels including telephone, web, chat, and email. Evaluate and prioritize the resolution of both new and existing issues, documenting each case’s progress and final resolution while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by adhering to established quality standards and best practices. Strive to improve and maintain favorable Client Satisfaction Scores.
  • Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends. Continuously expand your understanding of Clinisys applications, systems, and environments to better serve clients.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify complex or high-risk issues that may require the involvement of senior staff and appropriately escalate them. Demonstrate expertise in resolving intricate customer concerns.


  • High School Diploma/ Bachelors or better.
