Evaluate and prioritize the resolution of both new and existing issues, documenting each case’s progress and final resolution while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by adhering to established quality standards and best practices. Strive to improve and maintain favorable Client Satisfaction Scores.
Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends. Continuously expand your understanding of Clinisys applications, systems, and environments to better serve clients.
Issue Escalation: Identify complex or high-risk issues that may require the involvement of senior staff and appropriately escalate them. Demonstrate expertise in resolving intricate customer concerns.
