Job Description

Job Description: Primary Responsibilities

  1. Addressing Client Inquiries: Respond promptly to client requests through various channels including telephone, web, chat, and email. Evaluate and prioritize the resolution of both new and existing issues, documenting each case’s progress and final resolution while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
  2. Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by adhering to established quality standards and best practices. Strive to improve and maintain favorable Client Satisfaction Scores.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends. Continuously expand your understanding of Clinisys applications, systems, and environments to better serve clients.
  4. Issue Escalation: Identify complex or high-risk issues that may require the involvement of senior staff and appropriately escalate them. Demonstrate expertise in resolving intricate customer concerns.
  5. Knowledge Management: Contribute to the creation and utilization of knowledgebase articles for efficient problem-solving. Adhere to Clinisys’ quality management and regulatory standards, ensuring the proper handling of Protected Health Information.
  6. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and proficiency. Engage in self-directed learning to acquire expertise in specific technical areas such as HL7 message interpretation, networking, database administration, Java, Microsoft technologies, Crystal Reports development, and productivity tools.
  7. On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call and holiday rotation schedules as required.
  8. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Analytical Skills: Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve client issues.
  2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  3. Time Management: Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
  4. Technical Aptitude: Capably comprehend and explain technical concepts to clients, offering appropriate solutions.
  5. Complex Issue Handling: Proficiently address challenging client issues, utilizing a demonstrated ability to resolve intricate problems.

Experience and Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience with a technical background in areas such as Healthcare Technology, Healthcare, Technology, Client Support, or Environmental Laboratory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College coursework or certification in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in providing technical support in highly specialized environments.
  • Technical certifications and training, such as HL7 message troubleshooting, networking, database administration, Java, Microsoft technologies, Crystal Reports development, and proficiency in productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with supporting enterprise operating systems.
  • Proficient typing skills.
