Key Responsibilities:
Develop software solutions for various subsystems within our applications, involving collaboration across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition to deployment.
Acquire a deep understanding of our applications, their structure, and how customers interact with them.
Stay updated on current trends in technology and development tools through ongoing research.
Document and present solutions effectively using a variety of methods, including documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and well-commented code.
Conduct defect analysis, root cause investigations, and collaborate on resolutions.
Adhere to established internal quality systems and incorporate standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements into coding activities.
Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills needed to be successful:
Proficient in clear and effective verbal and written communication.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Sound understanding of scripting and object-oriented software development principles.
Functional expertise in relational and/or non-relational databases.
Proficient in software development with a solid grasp of development methodologies.
Familiarity with refactoring or re-engineering solutions.
Thorough understanding of design principles and patterns.
Strong comprehension of Agile software development methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
Demonstrate 0-2 years of experience in software development life cycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
Exhibit familiarity with C, C++, and OOPS Concepts, along with proficiency in Multi-tiered application design and development.
Show competence in RDBMS design, including SQL Server, Oracle, etc., as well as proficiency in HTML/DHTML and Java Script.
Preferred skills:
Understanding of medical devices or healthcare software.
Proficiency with .NET-ASP, C#, and VB.net technologies.
