Job Description

Position Description:

• Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, and React.
• Familiarity with Java API development using React/Typescript.
• Demonstrated expertise in Core Java with a comprehensive understanding.
• Profound knowledge in Object-Oriented Design & Analysis and application design patterns.
• Experience working with Tomcat and WebSphere application server.

Future Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage in code reviews.
• Rectify defects and address performance issues identified during testing.
• Facilitate the transition of application components to testers.
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation for testers, deployment, and application management teams.
• Promptly notify the technical architect and project manager of any issues that could impact other project areas.
• Aid other teams in comprehending the functional implications of different configuration options.

Required Qualifications for Success:

• Preferably experienced in Agile software development methodologies.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in coding and testing.
• Demonstrate promptness and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge or prior experience in P&C Insurance Domain is advantageous.
