Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing end-to-end virtual events on platforms such as Airmeet and Zoom.
- Coordinate and facilitate speaker dry runs, providing technical support during event rehearsals.
- Monitor and document event performance using feedback and metrics for evaluation.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to set up events and address technical requirements.
- Work with design and marketing teams to develop engaging promotional materials for events.
- Liaise with the legal team to ensure agreement processing and compliance.
- Manage and assign Freshdesk support tickets efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute event-related reports to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage invoicing processes related to events.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
